Today for science we prepared for the upcoming Chemistry Unit. We restarted our binders, clearing everything out and beginning the unit fresh. The only two papers studies should have are the assignment page and test correction guidelines. They should also hold onto their last test on the geology unit (although it will not go in their official science binders) to allow them to complete test correction.

I also handed progress reports to all students (except my 8th period, who will get theirs tomorrow). All missing work is due by this Friday, February 4th. I will not accept it any later than that. I did allow students the opportunity to collect their missing work during class time and there are several that have a good amount of work to catch up on.

6th Pre - AP: HW 5 Task B Recording Sheet

6th GT: HW 3 Prove It. Most students finished in class. Test corrections for Test 3-1 due by Friday.

7th Pre-AP: HW 5: Geometry Is As Easy As 1,2,3,... due Wednesday, 1/26. This assignment was only given to period 7. It will be given to period 2 tomorrow to finish by Wed.

7th GT: HW 3: Working with Area is due on Wednesday since I will not see this class tomorrow.

Today I was out on an AVID field trip. The students had a Directed Reading worksheet for Chapter 17 Section 2. They had all class period to complete it. The worksheet is due on Monday if they did not finish it.
